To conduct research and study on the topics of agricultural and rural development planning, land use planning and others.

   To carry out the technology and science services such as colsultancy, appraisal and critic on the projects of basic investigation, development, planning, and environment impact assessment (EIA), dissemination and training of capacity development, organiztion of scientific seminar and workshop, etc

    To cooperate and collaborate with local and international organizations and individual(s) in order to fullfill the above-mentioned activities.
